Job Description

Job Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Business Development Executives to join our team in Noida. The candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling Undergraduate (UG) and Postgraduate (PG) educational programs to prospective students and guiding them through the admission process.

Key Responsibilities:

Connect with prospective students through inbound and outbound calls.
Promote and sell UG/PG educational programs based on students' career goals.
Understand students' educational requirements and provide suitable course recommendations.
Generate leads, follow up with interested candidates, and convert leads into admissions.
Explain course details, eligibility criteria, fees, and admission procedures.
Achieve monthly sales targets and conversion goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 6 months of experience in sales in any industry is mandatory.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong convincing, negotiation, and persuasion abilities.
Good customer-handling and relationship-building skills.
Ability to handle sales targets and work in a target-driven environment.
Strong follow-up and lead-conversion skills.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
