About the Company-

Job Purpose

The position is that of a Business Development Executive who would primarily be responsible for driving business of White Teak Architectural Lighting category, through mapping the qualified business opportunities across external and internal stakeholders through meticulous planning.

Key Business Responsibilities:

Business objectives

Drive overall business and growth at account level for lights category by meticulous planning, Indexing, and driving conversions with the help of key stakeholders.

Ensure the best service to clients to make WT a brand of choice.

Managing the network of key accounts and servicing their requirements in the lights category

Drive the engagement across mapped AID firms and BH stores.

Working and collaborating with other teams to drive the product level agenda and enhance project conversions.

Market Development

Identify opportunities across various business segments through competition analysis, regular market visits and giving feedback to brand team for new product development.

Customer centricity

Enhance consumer experience by ensuring resolution of complaints within the defined timelines.

Integration

Integrate with other verticals like BH team, Decor pro team, APPS team, WT Central team and Supply Chain team to promote sales and service to customers.

Key Performance Indicators :

Value and volume targets for the geography

Repeat Business Value

Ensuring prompt customer service TATs.

Closure of customer complaints within timelines

Working in collaboration with other allied business teams to drive business in the category.

Qualification :

Graduate

1.5-3.5 years of similar experience in building material industry Repeat Business Value

Excellent MS Office skills and communication skills, proficient in data analysis

Age Upper Limit 29 yrs
