Job Description

Job Title: Business Development Executive (Female Candidates Only) Location: Bangalore (Must be willing to travel to other states as required) Salary: Up to 20,000/month + Attractive Incentives Experience Required: Minimum 6 months in Business Development, Sales, or Marketing Languages: Fluent in English, Hindi, and any regional/multilingual languages Key Roles & Responsibilities: 1. Client Acquisition Identify and reach out to potential clients through field visits, calls, and referrals Present company products/services to prospective customers in a clear and persuasive manner Build and maintain strong client relationships to generate repeat business 2. Ground Work Marketing Execute on-field marketing campaigns and promotions across different regions Distribute promotional materials and engage face-to-face with target audiences Represent the brand at events, exhibitions, and market activations Collaborate with local stakeholders and vendors to drive regional marketing 3. Travel & Market Expansion Travel regularly to different cities and states for business expansion activities Conduct market research and identify new regions for business development Work closely with management to support growth initiatives in new territories 4. Sales & Target Achievement Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets Maintain a consistent sales pipeline and update CRM tools Follow up on leads and convert prospects into paying clients 5. Reporting & Coordination Maintain daily records of leads, visits, client interactions, and sales outcomes Submit regular performance and activity reports to the reporting manager Coordinate with internal teams for seamless execution of client requirements Candidate Requirements: Gender: Female only (as per company hiring policy) Experience: Minimum 6 months in business development, sales, or related field Language Skills: Proficient in English, Hindi, and additional regional languages Mobility: Willing to travel frequently to other states Soft Skills: Good communication, confident personality, self-driven, and professional demeanor Tech Savvy: Basic knowledge of CRM tools, MS Office, and digital communication apps Job Type: Full-time | Field Work + ORole & responsibilities contact - +91 90360 15602
