About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive and result-oriented Business Development Executive to help grow our influencer marketing business by acquiring new clients and building strong relationships with brands.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and connect with potential clients, including D2C brands, startups, and marketing teams.
• Generate leads through LinkedIn, cold outreach, email, calls, and other channels.
• Pitch influencer marketing campaigns and brand collaboration solutions.
• Understand client requirements and prepare proposals.
• Follow up with prospects, negotiate, and close deals.
• Maintain a pipeline of prospects and achieve monthly sales targets.

Requirements

• 6 months to 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or lead generation.
• Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Basic understanding of influencer marketing and social media platforms.
• Ability to generate leads, build relationships, and close deals.
• A proactive attitude with a target-oriented mindset.
