Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and ambitious Junior Business Development Executive with in-depth knowledge of freelancing platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, and Fiverr . The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client communication, and converting leads into long-term business relationships. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in the IT and services sector by working directly on global client acquisition strategies. Key Responsibilities: Research, identify, and pursue new business opportunities on Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr , and other online bidding portals. Prepare persuasive proposals, bids, and quotes to win new projects and clients. Understand client requirements and collaborate with internal technical teams to deliver suitable solutions. Maintain and expand a strong portfolio of international clients through consistent communication and high-quality service. Follow up with potential clients regularly to ensure timely closures. Maintain CRM or internal records of leads, opportunities, and client communications. Participate in client calls and demos when required. Stay updated with the latest trends and opportunities in the freelancing and software services market. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or Business Administration (Preferred: M.Sc IT, BCA, MBA, B.Tech CSE ) 0–2 years of relevant experience in business development or freelancing platforms (freshers with strong knowledge are welcome) Key Skills & Attributes: Excellent knowledge of freelancing platforms (Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer.com) Strong understanding of the IT services industry , especially software development and digital solutions Outstanding communication and negotiation skills (written and verbal) Ability to write clear, concise, and compelling proposals Strong analytical and research skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Self-motivated, result-oriented, and eager to grow Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year Benefits: Paid sick time Provident Fund Schedule: Monday to Friday Location: Mohali, Punjab (Required) Work Location: In person
