About the job: SabkaDukaan, a division of Adinetri Industries, is expanding rapidly in the e-commerce and quick commerce sectors. We are on the lookout for passionate, self-driven professionals to join our growing team and contribute to our vision of transforming local retail through digital empowerment. We are seeking energetic and results-driven Business Development Executives to be a part of our on-ground sales and growth team. This role involves actively reaching out to local retailers, building relationships, and onboarding them onto the SabkaDukaan platform, thereby enhancing our market presence in key operational areas. Key Responsibilities: 1. Actively identify and approach prospective retailers in designated areas. 2. Explain the benefits of SabkaDukaan and onboard new retailers onto the platform. 3. Meet and exceed monthly targets for sales and retailer onboarding. 4. Conduct field visits, give product demonstrations, and execute local promotional campaigns. 5. Build and nurture strong relationships with retailers to ensure long-term engagement. 6. Submit daily/weekly reports detailing progress, challenges, and market feedback. Important Notes: 1. Target-driven and requires regular fieldwork and local travel. 2. Smartphone required. 3. Candidates must be either residing in or willing to relocate to Howrah, Hooghly, or Kolkata. Why Join Us? 1.
