Job Title: Business Development Executive Domestic B2B (India & International Market)
Location: Delhi (Work from Office) Experience Required: 4/5 Years Shift: Day Shift (10 AM to 7 PM IST) Start Date: Immediate Employment Type: Full-Time Salary: Up to 50,000 per month


Role OverviewWe are looking for a skilled Business Development Executive (B2B) to drive sales in the IT services and digital solutions space. The role involves acquiring new B2B clients, handling inbound leads, preparing proposals, and building long-term client relationships.


Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and acquire B2B clients for website development, app development, SEO, and digital marketing services.Generate leads through cold calling, emailing, LinkedIn, WhatsApp campaigns, networking, and referrals.Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into paying clients.Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and tailored solutions.Build and maintain strong client relationships with a focus on retention.Maintain a sales pipeline with timely follow-ups and regular client engagement.Collaborate with internal teams for requirement gathering and delivery timelines.Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.Provide feedback on pricing, competition, and market trends. Must-Have Skills4/5 years of proven experience in B2B business development in IT services or digital agencies.Strong understanding of websites, apps, SEO, and digital marketing solutions.Excellent communication and presentation skills in Hindi & English.Experience in cold calling, email marketing, and social media prospecting.Hands-on experience with CRM tools, sales trackers, and pipeline management.Strong negotiation and closing skills. Preferred Skills (Good to Have)Knowledge of Delhi/NCR and Tier 1/Tier 2 city markets.Familiarity with Google Sheets, LinkedIn Sales tools, or lead generation automation.Understanding of project documentation, scoping, and timelines.Experience in upselling and cross-selling digital services. ExpectationsDaily tracking of outreach activities (calls, emails, meetings).Regular CRM updates and pipeline reporting.Timely follow-ups with potential clients.Weekly reporting on leads, conversions, and sales progress.Proper documentation and smooth handover to the project team.
