We’re looking for an enthusiastic and results-oriented Business Development Executive (Field Sales) with a background in BSc/BTech Agriculture, Horticulture, or related fields to join our growing team in Chennai. If you're passionate about fieldwork, client engagement, and making a meaningful impact in the agri-biotech and wellness industry, this is the opportunity for you! 🌱 Key Responsibilities: Conduct field visits to engage with retailers, distributors, and potential clients Promote Biocosmix’s innovative products and solutions Build and maintain strong business relationships Identify and convert new business opportunities Report field activities and market insights to the team 🕘 Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM In-house lunch provided 📅 Employment Terms: 3-month probation and training period Upon confirmation: Performance-based bonus Sales incentives Travel allowance Health insurance and other perks 📍 Location: Chennai (includes local/regional travel for field visits) ✅ Candidate Profile: A degree in BSc/BTech Agriculture, Horticulture, or similar is preferred Experience in agri-input/field sales is a plus Strong interpersonal and communication skills Comfortable with local travel Knowledge of regional languages like Telugu, Hindi, Kannada, or Malayalam is highly desirable Be part of a purpose-led team shaping the future of sustainable agriculture and wellness.
