Company name: Zucol Group Website Link: https: https://zucol.in/ Job Title: Business Development Executive Salary : 18-23k + Incentives + Medical Insurance Experience: 0-3 years Job Overview: We seek a motivated and skilled business development executive to join our company, who will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation: identify potential clients through market research. Assess and qualify leads. Develop and execute lead generation strategies. Existing client database management: Maintaining strong relationship with clients, keep the client database up-to-date with current contact information and details of interaction. Negotiation skills: Negotiate with clients and give them best deals. Research clients and prepare strategies. Handling client feedback: Reviewing clients’ feedback and making the necessary changes. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing, business administration and related fields. Strong English communication skills (verbal and written) Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Ability to commute/relocate: Baner Road, Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Language: English (Required) Work Location: In person
