Job Description We are seeking dynamic and enthusiastic Business Development Executives (Freshers) who are eager to learn, grow, and contribute to our business success. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a passion for sales, client engagement, and strategic growth. Key Responsibilities Identify potential clients through market research and networking. Generate new business opportunities via outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach. Support senior team members in preparing business proposals, presentations, and participating in client meetings. Maintain and update client databases and CRM systems. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery. Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions. Contribute to business development strategy sessions with fresh ideas and insights. Required Qualifications Bachelor's or Master’s degree in BBA, MBA, or B.Tech from a recognized institution. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills with a proactive and positive attitude. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
