Role Overview: As a BPO Executive , you will be responsible for managing customer interactions, resolving queries, and supporting the operations team in delivering exceptional service. This role requires effective communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and a commitment to ensuring client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently. Understand customer inquiries and provide appropriate resolutions. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Follow communication scripts and company protocols. Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams. Meet daily and weekly targets related to call quality, volume, and response time. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience. Desired Candidate Profile: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Customer-focused attitude with good problem-solving abilities. Prior experience in a BPO or customer service role is a plus. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email, CRM tools).
