Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, build client relationships, and drive revenue growth for our ERP and tech service offerings. Youâll be the face of PySquad to potential clientsâunderstanding their needs, presenting tailored solutions, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience. Key Responsibilities Identify and generate new business leads through research, cold calling, networking, and social media outreach. Conduct detailed client discovery to understand business pain points and align our services accordingly. Pitch and present services to CXOs, decision-makers, and stakeholders via meetings. Work closely with the project and technical team to draft proposals, pricing, and implementation plans. Prepare and deliver customized sales pitches and proposals aligned with client needs. Stay updated on industry trends, ERP market dynamics, and competitor offerings. Ensure smooth handover to project delivery teams and support client onboarding as needed. Requirements 1â3 years of experience in B2B sales or business development (IT services or ERP industry preferred). Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to understand client requirements and offer tailored solutions. Self-motivated, target-driven, and good with relationship building.
