The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls to counsel students for Medical and Engineering entrance exams. Candidates must understand student needs and convert leads into admissions. Key Responsibilities: Counsel students via inbound/outbound calls. Follow up on leads from marketing and support teams. Convert inquiries into admissions through effective communication. Achieve targets in a performance-driven environment. Requirements: Graduate and above. Prior experience in Tele Sales/Counseling preferred. Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
