Job Description

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Business Development & Partnerships Executive to grow our Event & Experience Space business.

The candidate will be responsible for building partnerships, generating event bookings, approaching influencers, connecting with event hosts and developing new revenue opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Generate business through corporate gatherings, social events and group bookings.
Identify and approach influencers, content creators and community organisers.
Build relationships with event hosts, party planners and corporate clients.
Negotiate commercial terms, partnership deals and revenue-sharing arrangements.
Develop new business opportunities and generate repeat bookings.
Manage leads from initial enquiry to confirmed booking and payment.
Maintain a database of clients, partners and prospective customers.
Achieve monthly revenue and partnership targets.

Required Skills

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Confidence in approaching new people and building relationships.
Knowledge of Instagram and social media networking.
Strong sales and business development abilities.
Ability to close commercial deals.
Self-motivated and target-oriented.

Preferred Experience

Experience in any of the following will be an advantage:

Event management
Hospitality sales
Influencer marketing
Corporate sales
Brand partnerships
Community management

Compensation

Fixed monthly salary + attractive performance-based incentives.
