About the Role

Planet i Constructions and Developers is looking for enthusiastic, confident, and communication-oriented individuals to join our team as Telecallers.

The selected candidates will be responsible for connecting with prospective customers, handling property-related enquiries, generating interest in the company's projects, and scheduling site visits for potential buyers.

We are looking for individuals who enjoy interacting with people, have good convincing abilities, and can effectively communicate property details to prospective customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the company's lead database.
• Handle incoming calls and respond to property-related enquiries.
• Introduce and explain the company's real estate projects, property offerings, and key features.
• Understand customer requirements, budget, location preferences, and property interests.
• Generate interest among prospective buyers and identify potential sales opportunities.
• Schedule property site visits and coordinate appointments with the sales team.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with interested customers.
• Maintain records of calls, customer interactions, enquiries, and follow-up activities.
• Update customer details and lead status in the CRM or company database.
• Coordinate with the sales and business development teams to ensure effective lead conversion.
• Achieve assigned daily and monthly calling and site-visit targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline.
• Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience can apply.
• Good verbal communication skills in English and Kannada. Hindi or other regional languages will be an advantage.
• Confidence in speaking with customers over the phone.
• Basic understanding of customer handling and sales conversations.
• Good listening, convincing, and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, WhatsApp, and email communication.
• Ability to handle multiple calls and follow-ups efficiently.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and target-oriented approach.
