Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated freshers to join our team as Business Development Associates. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy interacting with people, understanding their needs, and helping them explore suitable learning and career development opportunities.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective learners through calls and follow-ups.
• Understand students’ educational backgrounds, career goals, and learning requirements.
• Counsel learners on relevant training programs and career-oriented courses.
• Explain course features, mentorship, practical projects, learning outcomes, and placement assistance.
• Maintain accurate lead information and follow-up records using CRM tools.
• Participate in seminars, workshops, webinars, and campus activities.
• Work towards assigned business development targets and deadlines.

Eligibility Criteria

• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Any graduation is preferred.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and convincing abilities.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Workspace, or CRM tools is an advantage.

Compensation and Career Growth

During Training

• Monthly stipend: ₹17,000, subject to applicable performance criteria.
• Performance incentives:

Pay: Up to ₹17,000.00 per month
