Job Description

As a Sales Executive, your primary responsibility will be to achieve the assigned sales target by sourcing new Direct Selling Agents (DSA) through cold calling, data calling, and self-references. You will be required to maintain regular follow-up with prospective business leads and ensure the submission of DSA kit while clearing any documentation pendency as informed by the operations team. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing all day-to-day tele-calling activities, including tracking hot/warm leads generated, leads converted, leads in follow-up, among others. Your role will also involve generating business from all sourced DSAs and executing any additional tasks assigned by the management as required. This is a full-time, permanent position with a day shift and fixed schedule. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in telecalling and 1 year of experience in telesales. The work location for this role is on the road.
