Description
Role Overview: You will act as a liaison between the technical and business teams, connecting with Client SMEs to understand functionality and data. Your responsibilities will include data profiling to understand the quality of data and critical data elements, as well as working on data mapping, data lineage docs, data models, and design docs that allow stakeholders to understand data mappings and transformations. Key Responsibilities: - Act as a liaison between technical and business teams. - Connect with Client SMEs to understand functionality and data. - Perform data profiling to understand data quality and critical data elements. - Work on data mapping, data lineage docs, data models, and design docs for stakeholders to understand data mappings and transformations. Qualification Required: - Minimum 5 years of work experience in large-scale data applications for data analysis, data mapping, and data transformations. - Experience with Snowflake and any relational database. - Strong verbal and written communication skills with good tracking abilities. - Proficiency in SQL, business requirement gatherings, and writing source-to-target mappings (STTM). - Exposure to data consolidation, transformation, and standardization from different systems. - Experience working with Insurance (Property and Casualty Insurance - P&C) Domain clients. - Must be a self-starter and able to integrate quickly into the team to work independently towards team goals.
