Description
As a seasoned Business Analyst at Colruyt, you will collaborate with the business and IT organizations to deliver business-led, technology-enabled solutions that address unique challenges and opportunities. Your role involves analyzing processes, identifying improvements, and implementing solutions to optimize business processes. You will describe, test, and implement solutions while supporting the business partner in securing the solution within the organization. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze and model the to-be system to identify and implement improvements - Describe functional and non-functional requirements - Detail business requirements for technology solutions and assist development teams in realization - Prepare test cases, test data, and document scenarios for solution evaluation - Maintain communication with key stakeholders as per the communication plan - Collaborate with business and project managers on change management plans, user manuals, and instructions Qualifications Required: - 8+ years of industry experience with a minimum of 4+ years in business analysis - Openness to learning and adapting to change - Strong social and relationship-building skills across all levels and departments - Analytical thinking with attention to detail - Customer-oriented mindset - Assertive nature with the ability to challenge others - Fluency in English for verbal and written communication Additional Details: Nice to have competencies: - Experience with APIs and defining signatures - Proficiency in proposing logical data models for systems - Domain experience in retail, ecommerce, supply chain and warehouse management, finance, or marketing - Experience in onsite-offshore delivery approach for large IT projects - Working with European clients is an added advantage - Proficiency in requirements elicitation practices such as interviews, questionnaires, user stories, and prototyping - Guiding discussions with business teams, architects, and developers to define IT solutions and processes - Analyzing and describing functional behavior of systems using standard modeling techniques like UML, Use Case modeling, or storyboarding As a seasoned Business Analyst at Colruyt, you will collaborate with the business and IT organizations to deliver business-led, technology-enabled solutions that address unique challenges and opportunities.
