Business Communication and Operations Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Mail Handling & Communication Executive to manage official email communication, ensure timely responses, and maintain accurate email records across departments. The role is critical for smooth coordination between internal teams and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage official company email IDs on a daily basis
• Receive, sort, and route emails to relevant departments or personnel
• Draft, reply, and follow up on professional emails as per company protocols
• Track email communications related to quotations, POs, invoices, reports, and client queries
• Maintain proper email documentation and ensure data accuracy
• Flag urgent, delayed, or unresolved emails to concerned teams
• Coordinate with Business Development, Accounts, and Operations teams for timely email closure
• Ensure compliance with company communication and data-handling standards

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• Strong written communication skills in English
• Good knowledge of email platforms (Gmail/Outlook)
• Basic proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills
• Ability to handle multiple email threads with accuracy and confidentiality

Preferred Skills

• Experience in handling official or client-facing emails
• Prior experience in CRO, healthcare, research, or corporate environments is an advantage
• Familiarity with CRM or lead management platforms
