You will be responsible for preparing monthly profit and loss, and balance sheet reports. Your role will involve completing key elements of recurring month-end and year-end closing processes, analyzing cost center budgets, and providing MI reporting on headcount and utility trending to offer insights for management. Additionally, you will assist in campaign profitability calculations and internal reviews with multiple stakeholders, as well as manage essential internal processes such as new project/capex requests. Supporting the Financial Director with capex and ROI evaluations will also be part of your responsibilities. Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations will be crucial, along with assisting in budgeting and forecasting processes, including business partnering with the site management team, data gathering, and trend analysis. You will also be involved in supporting audits by providing necessary documentation and information. To excel in this role, you should have proven work experience as a Financial Accountant and be a Qualified Accountant (CA, ACCA, or equivalent). Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (essential) and accounting software (SAP preferred) is required, along with an in-depth understanding of business bookkeeping procedures and accounting regulations. Excellent math skills with attention to detail, along with the ability to multitask confidently, will be essential. You are expected to be inquisitive, independent, and proactive in your approach. The ideal candidate should be a fully qualified accountant, preferably CA/ACCA, with experienced financial accounting skills. Demonstrated experience with the month-end close process, complex balance sheet reconciliations, and internal reporting is essential. The ability to multi-task and work effectively with a variety of stakeholders across all functions is also a key requirement.
