Business Automation Team

We’re hiring a full-time Software Auomation Engineer to support the implementation and maintenance of backend systems for our clients. This is a hands-on role where you’ll work with a wide range of CRMs, automation tools, and dashboard platforms to improve business operations and workflows. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, tech-minded, and eager to work on real-world projects in a fast-paced environment. Note: Freshers are welcome to apply as long as they have a technical understanding of web development and how automations and integrations work. Key Responsibilities: Assist in configuring automation workflows using tools like Zapier, Make, and N8N Integrate and manage CRMs and platforms such as GoHighLevel, Flexifunnels, Keap, Zoho CRM, Kajabi, Monday.com, Hyros, ClickFunnels, Pandadoc , and ActiveCampaign Help build and update Power BI or Zoho Analytics dashboards for client reporting Collaborate with team members to translate client needs into technical solutions Document workflows and maintain internal SOPs for consistency and training Requirements: Basic technical understanding of web applications, CRMs, and automation tools Strong logical thinking and problem-solving ability Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies Basic understanding of the direct response marketing world.
