Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME.- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Lead the development of business strategies.- Conduct market research and analysis.- Create detailed business plans. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical.- Strong understanding of business process modeling.- Experience in business analysis and requirements gathering.- Knowledge of CRM implementation best practices.- Hands-on experience in configuring and customizing Dynamics CRM solutions. Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical.- This position is based at our Coimbatore office.- A 15 years full-time education is required.
