Summary: As a Business Architect, your typical day involves identifying opportunities to deliver tangible business value by assessing the current state of operations. You will capture high-level requirements and define business solutions that align with organizational goals. Your role includes translating business needs into technology-enabled solutions and operating models, while also supporting transformation initiatives by developing business cases and guiding the implementation of key projects. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure that the solutions developed meet the strategic objectives of the organization, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and validate solutions with stakeholders. - Analyze and document business processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in GuideWire Integration. - Strong understanding of business process modeling and analysis. - Experience with stakeholder management and communication. - Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications. - Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in GuideWire Integration. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
