Summary: As a Business Architect, you will identify opportunities to deliver tangible business value by assessing the current state, capturing high-level requirements, and defining business solutions. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to understand their needs, analyzing existing processes, and developing strategies that align business objectives with technology solutions. You will also engage in discussions to refine project scopes and ensure that the proposed solutions effectively address the challenges faced by the organization, ultimately driving successful transformation initiatives. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and validate solutions. - Develop comprehensive business cases that outline the benefits and costs of proposed initiatives. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis. - Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify areas for improvement. - Ability to translate complex business needs into clear and actionable requirements. - Experience in stakeholder management and effective communication. - Familiarity with business process modeling techniques. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
