Business Analyst with QA Automation

We are looking for an experienced

Business Analyst with QA Automation expertise

to join on a contract basis for 3 months at our Bangalore location. The ideal candidate should have strong business analysis skills combined with hands-on QA automation experience.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and QA teams to ensure clarity and completeness of requirements.
• Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts to validate business requirements.
• Perform functional, regression, and integration testing to ensure product quality.
• Identify defects, track issues, and ensure timely resolution.
• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams.
  

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with proven exposure to QA Automation.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with automation tools (e.g., Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, Cucumber, or equivalent).
• Proficiency in writing test cases, test scripts, and executing automated tests.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  

Contract Terms

• Duration: 3 months (extendable based on project needs).
• Location: Bangalore (onsite).
• Availability: Immediate joiners preferred.
