8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in enterprise application development or product engineering environments.

Domain experience in Life Sciences, Pharma, Healthcare, or regulated industries is an advantage.

Experience in SDTM, ADaM and TFL generation (added advantage).

Strong experience in requirements elicitation, stakeholder workshops, business process analysis, and solution definition.

Proven expertise in creating Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Specification Documents (FSD), User Stories, Use Cases, Process Flows, and Acceptance Criteria.

Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments and collaborating with business, product, design, and engineering teams.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, facilitation, and documentation skills.

Exposure to cloud-based applications, digital transformation programs, and AI/GenAI-enabled solutions is preferred.

Experience in applying AI in standardization, SDTM, ADaM and TFL generation.

Lead requirements discovery sessions, stakeholder discussions, and business workshops to capture business needs and objectives.

Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and solution requirements.

Work closely with Product Owners, Architects, UX teams, and Development teams to ensure requirements are accurately understood and implemented.

Support backlog grooming, sprint planning, user acceptance testing (UAT), and requirements traceability activities.

Facilitate requirement prioritization, impact assessments, change requests, and business sign-offs.

Ensure completeness, clarity, and consistency of requirements documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Drive collaboration between business stakeholders and implementation teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
