Job Description

Our client is seeking a consultant with 3-6 years of experience to work as a risk projects junior business analyst. The role involves bridging the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Support business analysis, process optimization, and regulatory compliance initiatives within the bank Work closely with senior analysts and project managers to assess risks, improve processes, and contribute to system enhancements Responsibilities include leading requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and ensuring alignment with banking regulations Documenting business requirements, assisting in data analysis, and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory/banks policies Cross functional team collaboration with risk, finance, and technology teams to develop business solutions Experience in risk management in banking or financial services and in risk management frameworks (e. g. , Basel, CCAR, IFRS 9) Experience in derivatives - Fixed Income, Risk systems like Murex - preferred Strong problem-solving and communication skills are essential Data Analysis skills and MS Excel, SQL is required. Exceptionally effective communication skills, adaptive learner, and collaborator Cross functions experience in handling issues with Risk, IT and other business lines involved in the process. Undergraduate degree and Postgraduate in MBA or Finance, FRM preferred
