Business Analyst - L5

Role Overview: As a Business Analyst at Wipro Limited, your role is to liaison and bridge the gap between the customer and the Wipro delivery team. You will be responsible for comprehending and analyzing customer requirements and articulating them aptly to the delivery teams to ensure the right solutions are provided to the customer. Key Responsibilities: - Customer requirements gathering and engagement: - Interface with client engagement partners to understand RFP/RFI requirements - Detail scope documents, functional & non-functional requirements, features, etc., to capture all customer needs - Construct workflow charts and diagrams, write specifications after thorough research and analysis - Engage with internal teams to design accurate responses to RFP/RFIs - Periodic cadence with customers for feedback on proposed solutions - Empower customers through demonstration of proposed solutions - Maintain relationships with customers for business integration and lead generation - Ensure ongoing reviews and feedback from customers for continuous improvement - Engage with delivery team to ensure the right solution is proposed: - Provide customer feedback to delivery team - Review test cases for 100% coverage of customer requirements - Conduct root cause analysis before sharing solutions with customers - Deploy new change requests to cater to customer needs - Support QA team with periodic testing and feedback - Conduct Integration Testing and User Acceptance demos - Analyze findings, design improvements, and changes - Stitch the entire response/solution proposed to the RFP/RFI - Support Project Manager/Delivery Team: - Define and plan project milestones and phases - Drive and challenge presumptions of delivery teams - Ensure customer satisfaction through quality deliverables on time - Build domain expertise and contribute to the knowledge repository: - Share expertise with other BAs to increase domain knowledge - Write whitepapers/research papers and share with the consulting community - Identify and create use cases for different projects/accounts - Conduct market research for content development Qualification Required: - Mandatory Skills: Business Analysis - Experience: 8-10 Years Additional Details: At Wipro Limited, we are building a modern end-to-end digital transformation partner with bold ambitions.
