Business Analyst L4

Role Overview: As a Business Analyst L4 at Wipro Limited, your role involves liaising and bridging the gap between customers and the Wipro delivery team. Your main responsibility is to comprehend and analyze customer requirements and effectively articulate them to the delivery teams to ensure the right solutions are provided to the customers. Key Responsibilities: - Gather and engage with customer requirements: - Interface and coordinate with client engagement partners to understand the RFP/RFI requirements - Detail out scope documents, functional & non-functional requirements, and features to capture all customer needs - Construct workflow charts and diagrams, write specifications after thorough research and analysis - Engage with internal teams (project managers, pre-sales team, tech leads, architects) to design accurate responses to RFP/RFIs - Periodic cadence with customers for clarifications and feedback on proposed solutions - Demonstrate and present proposed solutions/prototypes to customers - Maintain relationships with customers for business integration and lead generation - Engage with delivery team to ensure the right solution is proposed: - Provide customer feedback/inputs to delivery team - Review test cases for 100% coverage of customer requirements - Conduct root cause analysis to understand proposed solutions before sharing with customers - Support QA team with testing and feedback - Conduct Integration Testing and User Acceptance demos - Analyze findings, design improvements, and changes - Stitch entire response/solution proposed to RFP/RFI before presentation - Support Project Manager/Delivery Team: - Define and plan project milestones and phases - Drive and challenge presumptions of delivery teams for successful execution - Ensure Customer Satisfaction through quality deliverables - Build domain expertise and contribute to knowledge repository: - Share expertise and increase domain knowledge with other BAs - Write whitepapers/research papers, point of views, and share with the consulting community - Identify and create use cases for different projects/accounts Qualification Required: - Mandatory Skills: Project Delivery - Experience: 5-8 Years (Note: The additional details about Wipro Limited have been omitted from the Job Description),
