About the Role

Business Analyst and Project Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and the technical team.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation including BRDs, FRDs, and SRS.
• Support project planning, tracking, and reporting to ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Identify gaps, risks, and dependencies, and proactively suggest solutions.
• Facilitate meetings, presentations, and discussions with stakeholders.
• Assist in process improvement initiatives and ensure projects align with organizational goals.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Excellent

  verbal and written communication

  skills (must-have).
• Strong ability to coordinate and manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously.
• Basic understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good documentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools (Jira, Trello, or similar) is a plus.

Qualification

• MBA (preferred) or equivalent academic background in IT/Management/Engineering (Freshers Intern).
• Freshers with internships or project experience in

  project management/business analysis

  will be given preference.
