Business Analyst - IDP

We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Business Analyst to assist in the implementation of an Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) solution for a banking client. In this role, you will play a crucial part in gathering requirements, analyzing data, and documenting key use cases to ensure a successful deployment. Your responsibilities will include assisting in the collection of business requirements and documenting use cases, supporting data gathering on document volumes, formats, complexity, and process exceptions, collaborating with business stakeholders and technical teams to validate current-state processes, preparing reports and analysis to prioritize automation opportunities, documenting language-specific and country-level variations in document processing, working under the guidance of the Senior Business Analyst to ensure high-quality deliverables, and supporting efforts to map use cases to Pega workflows and integration points. To be successful in this role, you should have 2 to 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with exposure to automation or document processing projects. You should also possess an understanding of business process documentation and data analysis techniques, exposure to or familiarity with Intelligent Document Processing concepts, good communication and stakeholder collaboration skills, and the willingness to learn and contribute to a fast-paced, transformation-driven initiative. Experience with Pega is an advantage but not mandatory.,
