Job Description

As a Cards Business Analyst at ISG in Chennai, you will be responsible for the following: - Expert understanding of modern APIs development and documentation, with proficiency in RESTful and Swagger - Ability to consume large technical specifications and distil the salient points to inform engineering changes - Experienced in designing and implementing Business Analysis artefacts - Proficient in analysing and modelling business processes - Skilled in specifying and shaping new software features - Experienced in working with software development teams in an agile environment Key accountabilities include: - Executing problem definition, requirements engineering, risk escalation, solution design, and coordination of communication - Planning, estimate tracking, and progress reporting for your own work and that of relevant team members - Collaborating with other solution designers and stakeholders, defining and managing effective stakeholder relationships - Supporting delivery teams with any complex issues or necessary mediation, taking personal responsibility to answer questions that arise - Ensuring that the deliverables meet the desired content, suitability, and quality - Engaging in problem-solving and investigation It is essential for the BA to have a deep understanding of acquiring, card scheme/card issuer, gateway domains. This includes authorisation flows, settlement flows, 3DS flows, fraud checking flows, and product-level understanding such as Account Funding, etc.,
