Experience: 5-8 years, with Credit Insurance exposure
· Lead requirement gathering and business analysis with stakeholders· Prepare BRD, FRD/SRS, process flows and traceability documents· Work with architects, developers and testers for accurate delivery· Support UAT and stakeholder reviews· Manage approvals and changes through governance processesKey skills: Stakeholder management, user stories, use cases, gap analysis, process mapping, Agile and Waterfall, API/integration understanding, Insurance experience
