We seek an experienced and strategic General Manager for Accounts & Finance to lead and manage all financial operations, accounting functions, and fiscal governance. This senior-level position is responsible for ensuring financial integrity, regulatory compliance, and optimal resource utilization across the organization. Experience: Minimum 15-20 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting roles. At least 5-7 years in a senior management or leadership position Experience with multinational or large-scale organizations preferred. Background in audit, compliance, or financial control is advantageous. Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar). Strong knowledge of financial analysis and reporting tools. Proficiency in MS Excel and financial modeling. Familiarity with IFRS and local tax regulations.
