Job Title: Credit Executive / Credit Manager -Agricultural Lend Location: Dunlop (Near Bara Nagar Metro Station), Kolkata Job Type: Full-Time Salary: As per Industry Standards Job Summary: We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Credit Executive/Manager to join our Credit Management team, with a specialized focus on agricultural loan processing. The ideal candidate will bring 4-6 years of experience in agricultural lending, credit underwriting, loan disbursement, and agriculture-specific-credit risk assessment, preferably in NBFCs or cooperative banking sectors. Key Responsibilities: 1. Agricultural Credit Assessment Evaluate agricultural loan applications including crop loans, equipment loans, and seasonal finance. Assess applicant creditworthiness using credit reports, farm financials, and feild data. Make informed decisions on loan approvals based on risk profiles and lending policies. Engage with rural customers to explain loan terms and repayment structures. 2. Loan Disbursement & Processing Oversee the end-to-end processing and disbursement of agri-loans. Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with internal credit policies and regulatory norms. Maintain quality checks for disbursal processes and turnaround me. 3. Risk Management & Compliance Conduct agricultural credit risk assessments and recommend mitigation strategies. Monitor borrower performance and take prevenve acons in cases of potenal delinquencies. Ensure adherence to NBFC and RBI regulatory frameworks for rural/agriculture lending. 4. Portfolio Monitoring & Reporting Regularly review the agricultural loan portfolio to identify stress signals and areas for improvement. Optmize credit performance and minimize losses through data-driven decision-making. 5. Cross-functional Collaboration Work in sync with Legal, and Field Teams to resolve credit-related issues. Guide junior team members in agri-lending processes and best practices. Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Finance, Business Administration, or related-field. 4-6 years of experience in agricultural lending and credit underwriting within NBFCs or cooperative banks. Deep understanding of agri-loan products, rural customer profiles, and agri-risk frameworks. Proficiency in credit scoring models and agricultural loan software/tools. Strong interpersonal, analytical, and decision-making skills.

Accuracy and Issue Reporting - Maintain high standards of accuracy and thoroughness in address verification and reminder communications. - Report any discrepancies or issues encountered during field visits promptly to the concerned department. Requirements: - Higher Secondary Certificate from recognized board. - Proven experience as a Business Development Executive or similar role. - Ability to work independently and meet targets. - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. - Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office suite. - Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively. - Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure. - Should have own vehicle
