In light of the exponential growth of our India entity, we are actively seeking qualified individuals to join our dynamic team in the role of Inside Sales Executive. Responsibilities To ensure enquiries received are complete and proper (with detailed information) before passing on to Procurement for processing. To submit quotation to the customer in a timely manner and follow-up on the quotation feedback. To manage the entire sample submission process including co-ordination, follow-up on approval status and arranging sample re-submission if necessary. To follow up on the purchase order from the customer upon receipt of the sample approval status. To assist the Assistant Sales Manager in the monthly review of the RFQ summary. Other duties as assigned. You will be joining a leading distributor of fasteners, Electronic hardware, Sleevings/Tubings, and Electro-mechanical parts as a Regional Sales Engineer. Your role will involve playing a crucial part in the sales process by utilizing technical expertise and sales acumen to understand customer requirements, provide technical support, and present tailored solutions. To excel in this position, you will need a strong technical background, exceptional communication skills, and a proactive approach towards achieving sales targets. **Key Responsibilities:** - Conduct Company presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers. - Address customer inquiries and resolve outstanding issues promptly. - Provide sales support to existing customers, while also identifying and acquiring new customers to expand business opportunities. - Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies for achieving sales targets. - Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to product presentation, RFQ responses, quote submissions, technical support, sample approvals, parts supply, and after-sales support. - Provide guidance to the sales coordinator in managing customer orders effectively. - Participate in monthly sales meetings to update management on market trends and information. - Assist in organizing and participating in trade shows within the assigned territory. - Perform any other tasks assigned by the Company as needed. **Qualifications Required:** - Minimum Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent. - Demonstrated experience in technical sales or a similar role. - At least two to three years of experience in a similar industry. - Self-motivated, results-oriented with excellent communication and presentation skills. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. - Willingness to travel as required. - Proficiency in MS Office.
