Roles and Responsibilities Ensure timely completion of projects by coordinating with site teams, engineers, and contractors. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify issues, and implement solutions. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality control plans. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and improve overall project efficiency. Provide guidance on construction methods, materials science, and safety protocols. Desired Candidate Profile 3-4 years of experience in civil engineering or a related field (B.Tech/B.E. Civil). Strong understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, and local laws governing construction projects. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders including clients, architects, contractors etc.
