BUILDING CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISOR

Position: Building Construction Supervisor

Location: Kolkata , Malda & Balurghat

Qualification: Minimum Higher secondary Passed

Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in Medical building construction (supervisory role) is required.

Remuneration: As per Market Median based on qualification & experience.

Job Functions:

Planning & Organization: Developing project plans, setting goals and preparing schedule.

Site Management: To see and coordinate daily activities of the contractors, labours, helpers and other staff working at site .Ordering materials and supplies and take care of necessary permits.

Team Leadership: Supervising construction workers, contractors and other staff at the site, providing guidance and resolving any problems related to construction work.

Quality Control: To check the work quality, identify defects and make changes accordingly.

Budgeting & Cost Control: Manage cost & ensure that construction projects are completed within the given budget.

Safety Management: Maintaining standard for safe working conditions.

Documentation: Maintaining all records about no. of staff working daily, their working hours, work progress and other project details.
