Site Supervision: Oversee day-to-day operations at construction or repair sites, ensuring that work is performed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications. Material Management: Coordinate with vendors and procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of materials. Manage site inventory and minimize material wastage. Site Visits & Reporting: Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, troubleshoot issues, and provide detailed daily/weekly reports to the project manager. Home Inspection & Diagnostics: Perform detailed home inspections to assess structural integrity and identify issues such as cracks, dampness, or damage. Water Leakage Detection: Use specialized tools and techniques to detect water leakages in walls, ceilings, and underground pipelines. Provide reports and suggestions for corrective actions. 2D & 3D Planning Support: Assist in the creation and interpretation of 2D floor plans and 3D design models for client presentations and project visualization using AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools.
