Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Strategic Planning: Develop and execute Below-The-Line (BTL) marketing strategies focused on roadshows, on-ground activations, and other experiential marketing campaigns. Align activities with the overall brand and marketing objectives to ensure seamless integration. Campaign Execution: Plan and manage end-to-end execution of roadshows and on-ground activations, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards. Coordinate logistics, event permits, vendor management, and resource allocation. Team Leadership: Lead and manage teams (internal and external) for the successful execution of campaigns. Train and motivate activation teams to deliver engaging and impactful experiences. Vendor & Partner Management: Identify and collaborate with vendors, event organizers, and agencies to ensure efficient execution. Negotiate contracts and manage budgets effectively. Brand Representation: Ensure brand guidelines are adhered to in all activations and roadshows. Act as the face of the brand during on-ground activities to engage with the target audience. Audience Engagement: Design innovative and interactive methods to engage the audience during events. Collect customer feedback and analyze the effectiveness of activations to improve future campaigns. Budget Management: Prepare and monitor campaign budgets, ensuring cost-efficiency without compromising quality. Provide periodic reports on budget utilization and ROI of campaigns. Performance Monitoring: Measure the success of activations using key performance indicators (KPIs) like footfall, engagement levels, and lead generation. Generate detailed post-event reports with actionable insights and recommendations. Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, branding, and digital marketing teams to amplify campaign reach and impact. Coordinate with regional teams for localized activations.
