As a Business Development Executive (Field Sales) at Biocosmix in Chennai, you will play a vital role in the expansion of our company. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual with a background in BSc/BTech Agriculture, Horticulture, or related fields to join our dynamic team. If you are passionate about fieldwork, client engagement, and want to make a significant impact in the agri-biotech and wellness industry, then this opportunity is perfect for you. Your responsibilities will include conducting field visits to engage with retailers, distributors, and potential clients. You will be promoting Biocosmix's innovative products and solutions, building and maintaining strong business relationships, identifying and converting new business opportunities, as well as reporting field activities and market insights to the team. Your work schedule will be from Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. During the initial 3-month probation and training period, you will have the opportunity to showcase your skills. Upon confirmation, you will be eligible for performance-based bonuses, sales incentives, travel allowance, health insurance, and other perks. The role will be based in Chennai with local and regional travel required for field visits. The ideal candidate will possess a degree in BSc/BTech Agriculture, Horticulture, or similar fields. Experience in agri-input/field sales is advantageous. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, along with a comfort level for local travel. Knowledge of regional languages like Telugu, Hindi, Kannada, or Malayalam is highly desirable.
