Job Title: Shift Incharge – DRI Raw Material Lab Department: DRI (Raw Material Laboratory) Location: Raigarh, Chhattisgarh – 496001 Experience: 4–5 Years Qualification: B.Sc. (Science) Salary: Best in the Industry and Negotiable Shift Operations Supervision: Supervise all laboratory activities during the shift related to DRI raw materials such as iron ore, coal, dolomite, and lime. Sampling & Testing Coordination: Ensure accurate collection, preparation, and analysis of raw material samples as per standard operating procedures. Quality Control Monitoring: Review chemical and physical analysis results (Fe, FeO, LOI, VM, Ash, FC, etc.) to confirm compliance with plant quality standards. Shift Reporting: Prepare and maintain detailed records of test results, daily logs, and shift-wise quality reports for production and quality departments. Instrument Handling: Oversee proper use, calibration, and maintenance of laboratory instruments such as the bomb calorimeter, moisture analyser, sieve shaker, and spectrometer. Team Management: Guide and supervise lab technicians and samplers, assign shift duties, and maintain safety, discipline, and efficiency in operations.
