Job Description: As a BSC Fresher (Non-Computer science background), you will be based in Mangalore and expected to work in night shifts with immediate joining. Your roles and responsibilities will include: - Having completed 15 years of full-time education - Demonstrating proficiency in basic computer knowledge - Possessing excellent website research & navigation skills - Being adept at reading, understanding, and interpreting content - Being flexible to work in 24*7 environments, including night shifts on a rotational basis - Exhibiting excellent verbal and written communication skills along with active listening abilities - Having a strong command over English Grammar and fluency in English - Managing outbound calls in a timely manner following scripts for various subjects/scenarios - Assimilating process knowledge quickly and efficiently - Demonstrating effective probing and analyzing skills while multitasking with voice and data entry - Committing to no long leave plans for at least the next 1 year - Working from the office only, with no work from home option available.,
