The Role: Junior Presentation Designer Brunswick Group is looking for a junior-level designer to join our global design team. This role works in support for the global design team to create presentations and collateral for both internal and external clients. You will play an important role in the firm, helping to develop client-ready materials, clear and well-designed presentations and exceptional collateral across a variety of categories and brands. Responsibilities Support the global Design team and our client-facing team members to develop on-brand presentations and collateral for a wide variety of clients and accounts Maintain the firm's brand and adhere to standard formatting Professionalize the design of documents created by non-designers for both internal and external clients Design collateral used for internal and external audiences such as factsheets (infographics), e-cards, reports, animations, digital media graphics and more using Adobe Creative Suite (including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Microsoft Office, on both PC and Mac Work closely with colleagues of different levels and departments across countries Design in PowerPoint, Adobe CS, and other creative platforms as needed, for print and digital Support multiple projects and requests from a variety of teams and deliver on time Remain current with design and agency trends Knowledge & Experience A minimum of three (3) years working with PowerPoint in consulting/advertising or within a corporate team Strong portfolio of previous work demonstrating design skills Experience creating, editing and implementing PowerPoint templates Create effective, visually engaging presentations within constraints of project deadlines Build and troubleshoot template Word documents A self-starter who can work independently and can provide ‘self-direction’ Knowledge of graphic formats and how they work with PowerPoint to produce the best possible imagery for slide decks Extremely well versed in PowerPoint, good working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator InDesign and Acrobat Working knowledge of print production Bachelor's Degree in Design or related field preferred Skills Fluent in English – conversational and written Uncompromising attention to detail Meet project deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to uphold brand and style guidelines Ability to operate on both PC and Mac Self-motivated and capable of both self-direction and collaboration Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment – versatility and flexibility is essential Other qualities Desire to learn and grow within the team Ability to take constructive feedback and deliver above and beyond expectations Works well independently and as a team player Ability to think on their feet and have impeccable judgment Strong multi-tasking skills Ability to take on challenges and have a proactive approach to duties While not required, the following would be a plus: International work experience or knowledge Multi-lingual Video editing and or After Effect skills About Brunswick Brunswick is a global advisory firm.
