Beyond desserts, our location serves as a community hub, hosting events that bring people together. Job Summary Oversee and optimize bakery product performance across supermarket accounts. Ensure product is shipped on time, displays are correctly arranged, inventory is tracked accurately, and sales targets are met via strong supplier-store collaboration. Key Responsibilities Sales & Merchandising Monitor retail sales performance and analyze trends to identify opportunities for upselling or promotional strategies. Collaborate with supermarket teams to design and maintain visually compelling product displays that maximize visibility and sales. Inventory & Order Fulfillment Track product inventory levels at supermarkets and manage replenishment forecasts to prevent stock-outs or overstocks. Coordinate with logistics and supply chain to ensure accurate and timely shipments and deliveries. Quality & Compliance Confirm product quality and adherence to sales floor and packaging standards. Ensure displays are well-organized and adhere to shelf rotation and freshness protocols. Communication & Coordination Maintain strong relationships with supermarket managers, merchandisers, and logistics teams to streamline communication. Provide reports on stock levels, sales performance, and promotional outcomes to internal management. Qualifications & Skills Prior experience in retail merchandising, sales, or inventory coordination—preferably within bakery or FMCG sectors. Strong inventory management and supply chain coordination capabilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across teams. Attention to detail and organizational skills, particularly related to product arrangement and stock accuracy. Basic analytical skills and the ability to compile and interpret sales or inventory data. Flexibility to travel to supermarket locations and adapt to dynamic retail schedules. This role bridges supplier operations and in-store execution, crucially impacting product performance and customer satisfaction. Effective coordination ensures supermarkets stay stocked with appealing bakery selections, directly contributing to timely replenishment, reduced waste, and stronger sales growth.
