We are seeking a technical co-founder with deep expertise in AV technology , engineering and project delivery to complement the business and sales strengths of the founding team in our Audio Video System Integration business. This role will focus on building robust , innovative and scalable AV solutions while ensuring flawless execution and delivery of projects. As a co-founder , you will play a critical role in shaping the company’s strategy , culture and long term growth. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES · Technology leadership o Define and implement the company’s technical vision and innovation strategy in AV integration. o Stay updated with global AV trends , products and standards to drive competitiveness. · System design and engineering o Oversee end to end design of AV systems including control systems , DSPs , video conferencing , automation , networking and acoustic solutions. o Ensure systems are reliable , scalable and tailored to client needs. · Project delivery and operations o Lead project execution teams to ensure timely delivery within budget and high quality standards. o Create standardized processes for installation , testing commissioning and after sales service. · Programming and Integration o Guide/Oversee control system programming (Crestron , AMX , Extron etc.) and DSP configuration. o Ensure seamless integration with IT infrastructure and customer environments. · Team building and mentoring o Recruit , train and mentor engineers , technicians and programmers. o Build a strong technical culture focussed on innovation , precision and customer satisfaction. · Collaboration with business side o Work closely with the sales co-founder to design solutions that meet customer requirements and budgets. o Provide technical support during pre sales discussions , proposals and client presentations. · Quality and compliance o Estabilish QA/QC procedures to ensure projects meet industry and safety standards o Document processes and maintain compliance with AV and IT protocols. SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS · 5-10 years of experience in Audio Video system integration , engineering and project management. · Expertise in control systems programming , DSPs , networking and AV hardware. · Strong track record of delivering complex AV projects (corporates , education , hospitality or large venues). · Ability to build and lead technical teams. · Entrepreneurial mindset with passion for innovation and problem solving. · Knowledge of industry standards such as AVIXA/Infocomm certifications (CTS , CTS-D , CTS-I ) is a plus.
