As a Techno-Functional Consultant in Oracle HCM with 7-10 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in implementing and supporting EBS R12 and Fusion. Your responsibilities will include: - Having a minimum of 4 years of experience in Oracle HCM, including 2 full cycles of implementation. - Demonstrating expertise in all Oracle ERP Cloud HCM modules and knowledge of ERP table structures. - Assisting the Oracle Technical team in development and customizations, with hands-on experience in PL/SQL. - Independently managing multiple tasks and meeting project timelines to ensure exceptional client experience. - Documenting requirement documents, business process workflows, data requirement documents, and technical documents. - Understanding business requirements and recommending IT solutions, reviewing system configurations, setup, and deployment of solutions. - Preparing and reviewing functional design documents, user manuals, and experience in stakeholder management. - Managing incident resolution within provided SLA, along with ITSM management. - Demonstrating excellent communication and presentation skills, especially in an Onsite-Offshore working model. - Having knowledge of SmartView, FRS, OTBI Report & Dashboards development is preferable. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. - 7-10 years of experience in Oracle HCM. - Hands-on experience in PL/SQL. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Experience in stakeholder management.
