In this role, you will be responsible for executing email marketing campaigns that engage our audience, promote our products/services, and support our business goals. The ideal candidate is comfortable working independently during night hours and has a solid background in digital or email marketing. Key Responsibilities Plan, develop, and execute email marketing campaigns targeting various customer segments. Write engaging subject lines and email content aligned with the brand’s tone and voice. Set up and manage email automation workflows and sequences. Monitor campaign performance and analyze key metrics (open rates, CTRs, conversions, etc.). Conduct A/B testing to optimize campaign effectiveness. Maintain and grow the email database in compliance with data privacy laws (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, etc.). Coordinate with the design team to ensure visually appealing and on-brand email templates. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in email marketing. Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in email marketing or digital marketing. Proficiency in using email marketing tools Strong copywriting and editing skills. Comfortable working independently during night shift hours. Good understanding of email campaign analytics and reporting. Experience with A/B testing and optimization strategies.
