Role & responsibilities: Design & Engineering Understand and analyze clients and projects electrical & ELV requirements . Gather necessary data from clients, vendors, and site surveys . Perform load calculations, system requirement analysis, and system selection . Develop power transmission & distribution designs , including HT & LT systems . Prepare Power Distribution Single Line Diagrams (SLD) and detailed layouts. Design lighting layouts, earthing, lightning protection, and ELV systems (CCTV, access control, PA, data, fire alarm, etc.). Ensure compliance with relevant IS, IEC, NEC, and local authority standards . Documentation & Reports Prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ) based on layouts and system design. Develop technical specifications, design basis reports, and tender documents . Provide value engineering inputs for cost-effective and practical solutions. Client, Architect & Team Coordination Handle client and architect meetings effectively to finalize design requirements. Collaborate with internal MEP design team for integrated solutions. Coordinate with vendors and contractors for technical inputs. Site Support & Supervision Conduct site visits to verify design implementation and resolve technical issues. Provide guidance to site execution teams regarding design intent. Preferred candidate profile Candidate having experience with engineering consultant and can handle the projects independently. Knowledge of complete MEP services will be a value addition.
